Store status and product availability

Products, variants and availability may change without notice. An item displayed on the site is not guaranteed to be available until an order is accepted. We may correct clear errors in product information, inventory or site content before accepting an order.

We aim to present product descriptions, images and colour references accurately. Screen settings and lighting may affect how colours appear. Materials, dimensions, care instructions and other specifications are published only when they have been verified. Please contact us if you need information that is not shown on a product page.

Orders

An order is a request to purchase. We may accept or decline it for legitimate reasons, including unavailable inventory, payment authorization problems, suspected fraud or an obvious error. If payment has already been captured for an order we cannot fulfil, the appropriate refund will be issued.
