Can I change or cancel an order?

Please use our Contact page as soon as possible. We will review the request, although changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.

How do I know my order was confirmed?

After an order is accepted, a confirmation is sent to the email address used at checkout. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder and contact us through the form.

What payment methods are available?

The payment methods displayed at checkout are the methods currently available for your destination. We do not advertise payment options that are not enabled in the store.

Shipping

How long does delivery take?

Delivery availability and estimates depend on the destination and product. Confirmed options will be shown before payment once fulfilment is active; Ravello Uomo does not currently publish a universal delivery promise.

Do you ship internationally?

Only destinations offered at checkout can be served. Duties, taxes or import charges may apply where required by local authorities.

How do I track my order?

When a carrier provides tracking, the dispatch email will include the tracking link or reference. You can also follow the guidance on our Track Your Order page.

Returns & Exchanges

What is the return policy?

The final return window, eligibility rules and shipping responsibilities will be published before the store accepts orders. No purchase should be completed without reviewing the terms displayed at that time.

Can I exchange a size?

Exchange availability will depend on stock and the final returns policy. Contact us promptly and keep the footwear unworn, unmarked and in its original packaging.

How should I try on footwear?

Try footwear only on a clean, soft surface until you are certain of the fit. Marked soles or signs of outdoor wear may affect eligibility under the final policy.

How long do refunds take?

Processing timing and the applicable payment-provider timeframe will be stated in the final refund policy before orders are enabled.

Use the conversion shown for the specific product and compare it with a well-fitting pair you already own. When measuring your feet, measure both and use the larger measurement.

Do all styles fit the same?

No universal fit claim is made. Construction and fit can vary by style, so consult the sizes and any verified product-specific guidance on the relevant product page.

Product & Care

What materials are used?

Verified materials will be stated on each product page before the style becomes available. Ravello Uomo does not substitute terms such as leather or suede when the supplier specification has not been confirmed.

How should I care for my pair?

Follow the product-specific care guidance published with the confirmed material specification. As a general precaution, keep footwear dry, allow it to air naturally and avoid harsh cleaning products.
